Ingredients
- 2 Pork Rib Racks
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili Powder
- 3 ounces Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 ounces Olive Oil
- 6 ounces Beer
- 1 cup Minnezona BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill/smoker to 225°
- Coat Ribs on both sides with salt, pepper and chili powder
- Mix vinegar, oil, and beer in a spray bottle
- Place ribs on grill for 3 hours
- Spray ribs with mixture every 30 minutes for the first 3 hours
- Wrap the ribs in tinfoil pouring the remainder of your vinegar mixture at the bottom of the tinfoil wrap
- Let cook wrapped for 2 hours
- Unwrap ribs and place back on the grill for 1 hour
- After 30 minutes coat the ribs with Minnezona BBQ Sauce and let cook for another 30 minutes
- Just before pulling the ribs off the grill give them one last good coat of Minnezona BBQ Sauce
