Jalapeño Garlic Grilled Corn

Ingredients

  • 6 ears sweet corn, husks removed
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Minnezona Jalapeño Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ⅓ cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  2. Grill corn 10–12 minutes, turning every few minutes, until tender with charred spots on all sides.
  3. Mix melted butter, Jalapeño Garlic Seasoning and lime juice.
  4. Brush hot corn generously with seasoned butter.
  5. Sprinkle with cotija and cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

Recipe Notes

  • Fresh sweet corn needs only enough grilling time to become tender and charred.
  • Feta can substitute for cotija.
  • Leftover kernels are excellent in salsa or taco bowls.
