Hot Jalapeño Garlic Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 cups corn kernels, thawed if frozen
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Minnezona Jalapeño Garlic Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 bag sturdy tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 1½-quart baking dish.
  2. Mix corn, cream cheese, ¾ cup cheddar, sour cream, Jalapeño Garlic Seasoning, lime juice and half the green onions.
  3. Spread in the baking dish and top with remaining cheddar.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbling around the edges and hot in the center.
  5. Top with cilantro and remaining green onions. Serve hot with tortilla chips.

Recipe Notes

  • For more browning, broil 1–2 minutes after baking.
  • If assembled cold from the refrigerator, add about 5 minutes to baking time.
  • Fresh, frozen or well-drained canned corn can be used.
