Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins, about 1 lb each
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Minnezona House Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Trim silver skin from pork and pat dry.
- Rub tenderloins with olive oil and House Seasoning.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high and sear pork 2 minutes per side until browned.
- Transfer skillet to oven and roast 12–18 minutes until the thickest part reaches 145°F.
- Mix Dijon, maple syrup and vinegar. Brush over hot pork after it leaves the oven.
- Rest 8–10 minutes before slicing.
Recipe Notes
- Remove silver skin before seasoning.
- Pork is safe at 145°F followed by a short rest.
- Do not skip the resting time before slicing.
