Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, about 6 oz each
  • 2 teaspoons Minnezona House Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or dill

Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high and clean the grates well.
  2. Pat salmon dry, brush with olive oil and season evenly with House Seasoning.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down and grill with lid closed 6–8 minutes.
  4. Flip carefully if desired and cook another 2–4 minutes until salmon reaches your preferred doneness.
  5. Finish with lemon juice and herbs and serve immediately.

  • FDA guidance recommends cooking fish to 145°F.
  • Oil the fish and clean grill grates to reduce sticking.
