Recipe Notes

  • For more browning, broil 1–2 minutes after baking.
  • If assembled cold from the refrigerator, add about 5 minutes to baking time.
  • Fresh, frozen or well-drained canned corn can be used.
On the side

Suggested Sides

  • Fresh vegetable tray
Cool, crisp vegetables provide freshness and crunch against creamy cheese, eggs or rich dips.
  • Crisp tortilla chips or crackers
A sturdy, salty crunch gives creamy dishes textural contrast and an easy way to scoop and share.
Wine pairing

Pour a Glass

Sauvignon Blanc
High acidity cuts through creamy cheese and mayonnaise while citrus and herbal notes brighten jalapeño and garlic.

Beer pairing

Crack One Open
